Most new sites are operational within two weeks of signing. Here's the path.

    Site survey & proposal

    We visit, walk the site, and look at footfall, signage gaps, security, and existing systems. You get a written proposal with our recommended setup and clear pricing.

  2. 02

    Setup & equipment

    We install pay-and-display systems, signage, and lining. Existing equipment is assessed — we don't replace what works. Your site goes live in days, not weeks.

  3. 03

    Day-to-day operations

    Mobile patrols, customer service, permit administration, and clamping. Your dedicated account manager handles tenant queries directly.

  4. 04

    Monthly settlement

    On the 1st of each month you get a settlement report: gross revenue, our management fee, and net remittance. Funds transfer the same week.

  5. 05

    Quarterly reviews

    Every three months we sit down and review the data: occupancy, revenue, complaints, suggestions. The strategy adapts as your site does.
