Contract parking is a recurring monthly arrangement that gives you the right to park at a designated Parking People site. We post a physical permit to your door which you display in your vehicle. The subscription is billed monthly and continues until you tell us to stop.

No. After your first month, you can cancel any time by letting us know. There's no minimum term beyond the first billing period.

Most of our sites operate on an unallocated basis — your permit lets you park anywhere in the contract area. A small number of sites have allocated spaces; if so, this is shown on the site listing before you sign up.

Online via secure card payment at sign-up, then automatically each month from the same card. We use Stripe — your card details are stored securely with them, never with us.

Sign in to your customer portal and submit a cancellation request from the permit page. Our office will process the cancellation and confirm by email — usually within one working day.

Stripe will automatically retry over 4–7 days. If all retries fail, your permit is suspended until you update your card.

Every successful payment triggers a receipt email. You can also download invoice PDFs from your customer portal.

Most sites are 24×7 access. A small number have operating hours — these are listed on the site page before you sign up.

Report any incident immediately to our office. We'll work with you and the site owner; CCTV footage is retained for 28 days.
